Thanks for clarification. I borrowed that name from my Debian 
instalation to better distinguish the board itself and the app. My mistake.

So, where can be the rub that pcb merge only some and not others then? 
Can the cause be related to rounding and unit converting inside that 
dxf2pcb tool? I did not mention that all guides were the same at the 
time I've drawn them in CAD and it looks the same in converted PCB file.

So I see two possible conclusions. The gEDA pcb is so exact in 
recognizing which line will be merged from it's pieces and dxf2pcb tool 
have rounding / unit converting dispersion or the I've discovered a bug 
in pcb. Who knows?
