I agree with John - I can not justify using beta software in a production
environment. This is not to say I do not have bleeding edge binaries on a
spare machine...

I disagree. When I=E2=80=99m working on sketches of new projects, I often w=
ork from the latest, but for things intended to go to production I=E2=80=99=
ll use a stable, distributed version. This is especially true when I=E2=80=
=99m collaborating with others: I=E2=80=99ll point them to a distributed ve=
rsion. They generally don=E2=80=99t want to be beta testers.<br>
