Partially. I forked minipack (don't blame me here, I don't know an
official repo, and if my changes would be taken there) and got it work
with guile 2.0 and recent geda-gaf tools. DJ did his nightly builds with
an installer before. Kai-Martin said his student could pack the archive
I've given them using another installer. Now it seems nobody cares of
what we could have for windows users. (My time limitations prevent me
from working on this part: my four children went to school, the youngest
one being eleven months old is at home, I'm trying to finish repairs in
my flat to give them all some more space for living, and simultaneously
read all this flamewars trying to find something useful, and even
sometimes to code).

What developers? This stuff is DJ's work and is on his own site.
