I just begin to program a real time strategy's game (I have just implented
the sound and I draw 6 bitmaps) but I'm affraid when I see the FPS (only 18
fps at max on a P133 :-( (The driver is VESA 1.x) and there is something
strange : on a PIII 700E with TNT2 M64 32Mo I have ~90 FPS and on a PIII 833
with GEFORCE MX2 I have ~70 FPS with the same driver (VESA 3.0). Those test
are in 800*600

And why I don't have any hardware accelaration (except hardware scrolling)
with all of the drivers (but I don't tested VBE/AF driver)?

I would know what is the best method to have the max performance (double
buffer, page flipping, tripple buffer ...), the best driver, and how to
implent a fast scrolling (what type of BITMAP use for a part who scroll in 4
direction and other who don't scroll).

THX and excuse my english :-)

PS:Rafal Maj (Raf256) I interested of your True Type font for DJGPP+Allegro.
