I doubt it:
./xgcc -B./ -B/usr/local/djgpp/bin/ -isystem /usr/local/djgpp/include -S
tmp-dum.c
xgcc.exe: ./specs: Permission denied (EACCES)
So it's clearly an error reported by xgcc.exe. Assuming specs isn't
readonly
(or hidden or system), there's probably not many possible reasons.
If xgcc is trying to create ./specs through renaming and it's on WinME,
it might
be a rename() issue; other than that, I'd consider the possibility of
xgcc trying
to run ./specs most likely.
