I doubt it: ./xgcc -B./ -B/usr/local/djgpp/bin/ -isystem /usr/local/djgpp/include -S tmp-dum.c xgcc.exe: ./specs: Permission denied (EACCES) So it's clearly an error reported by xgcc.exe. Assuming specs isn't readonly (or hidden or system), there's probably not many possible reasons.
