TMPDIR=F: doesn't really help. You need a disk cache because your GCC
(programs, header files, libraries) still lives on HDD not RAM. Btw, CWSDPMI
also takes some time to be found and loaded.
Why don't you refer to the FAQ? It has tons of advice and tips.
