Hi Brett!
I am assuming that you want to develop a GUI for DOS as DJGPP
generates programs which run in M$DOS . But your subject says
"Win32 Graphic UI". I am a bit confused. Do you mean you want to
write a DOS GUI which looks like Window$ GUI.

The Allegro <http://www.talula.demon.co.uk/allegro/> game
programming library has great graphics support (extensive graphics
drawing and manipulation functions etc..)and comes with full
source code (so if you want you can have a look and see how all
the graphics functions are written etc). Also Allegro has GUI
support. And there are DirectX versions of allegro available as well.

So you can use the allegro lib for graphics. If you want a much
more improved GUI you can try DEGUI
<http://huizen.dds.nl/~deleveld/index.htm> which is based on
allegro, so you'll have to get allegro first.

Strange Creations (please see whether it's
<http://strangecreations.com> or
<http://www.strangecreations.com>) is another site where you can
find a lot of info about graphics drawing etc... .

Hope This Help's!
