I have a series of rather large data files (~2mb) each that I would
prefer to be embedded within the main executable for the purposes
of simplicity and such. My current solution is to process these data
files with a program that reads it in binary mode in groups of 4 bytes,
converts it to its appropiate int hex representation and stores it in
a format suitable for declaring it as a static array of ints (yes, yes
its
not portable and non-endian neutral) The problem is that gcc takes
a rather long time to compile these files. Is there an easier way?

Thanks
