Allegro's setup program is not what you need to configure DJGPP.  Read
the instructions in 'readme.1st' for the correct setting of the PATH and
DJGPP environment variables in your 'autoexec.bat'.  If you still don't
understand, read the Frequently Asked Questions list, chapter 8.1.
