Subject: Help

DJ,
What do you suggest I do to track this problem:

   2M DRAM
   2M Flas RAM
   DOS 6.22
   ALI 386
   No page file

When I start CWSDPMI or CWSDR0, then run "Hello world" test, built
under gcc 2.7.2.1, it appears to run through go_til_stop to go32. I
cannot tell if the jmpt g_atss is being executed.

The system reboots itself at this point, with no output. There are
two serial ports, but monitoring them gives no info. The info gathered
so far was produced with errmsg and INT21 using AL=0x40 for output.

Any suggestions regarding tracing, troubleshooting, etc, will be
greatly appreciated.

BTW, all this works under DOS 6.22 on a different hardware platform.
The problem appears to be with the ALI chip ( Acer Labs, Inc.)

Thanks,
Fritz Parsons
