Like any game, you'll have to design your own engine.  It not's like
Allegro should waste space on an engine other won't use.  Try the tiletech
and tilefaq texts.

There is a WinAllegro that let's you compile DX game in DJGPP and another
Allegro port for the OpenGL API.
