As you have placed it here I assume you refer to DJGPP, well, if you do,
assure you have correctly set your DJGPP env variable to point to your
'djgpp.env' file (ie. SET DJGPP=c:\djgpp\djgpp.env)

No, they aren't, but they might be *very* useful for you (specially the
FAQ, but I think you need Texinfo to create some of the docs...)
Download them from a SimTel FTP site. Look for a directory called djgpp,
there you will find some subdirs (v2, v2gnu...) snoop onto them and
compare the versions.
