No, they aren't, but they might be *very* useful for you (specially the FAQ, but I think you need Texinfo to create some of the docs...) Download them from a SimTel FTP site. Look for a directory called djgpp, there you will find some subdirs (v2, v2gnu...) snoop onto them and compare the versions.
