The third edition of DOS/svgalib is ready and can be had at:

http://wwwbacc.ift.ulaval.ca/~moisemih/svgalib.zip

I would like to thank Ingo Stierand for volunteering the mouse driver as well as Bill Curie for his keyboard library which was very helpful.

What's new in the third edition:

- Keyboard and mouse drivers.

- Source code almost entirely re-ported from Linux svgalib 1.2.10.

- Fixed some bugs so it should be safer.

The distribution policy is not the GNU copyleft, but rather people can distribute it freely, as long as no money exchanges hands. I might change it, but so far no-one has written to me saying that they want anything else.

An lsm adapted from the original follows.
