What's new in the third edition: - Keyboard and mouse drivers. - Source code almost entirely re-ported from Linux svgalib 1.2.10. - Fixed some bugs so it should be safer. The distribution policy is not the GNU copyleft, but rather people can distribute it freely, as long as no money exchanges hands.
