As far as I know from the world of software, the fact of bugs and
"bogosity" is a continuing fact of software life. Have you checked the C++
newsgroup lately to have a feel for the "bug continuing crisis" that has
"no bounds." So, of course, problems always arise. I have a feel from
your posting that you expect some DJGPP version to be completely bug-free
in some future version that everyone can go home after that. As long as
you have software you'll have bugs and incompatibilities here and there
with each maintenance release or version addressing different aspects of
answering to these issues. So, cool it down and learn to live with it, and
if you are encountering some problems post them, and judging from how
things go around here, you can expect a reply to your query before you say
the word "bug."
