You've obviously never worked with C very much; don't you know about
'stderr'?  Under plain DOS, there is no way to redirect stderr to a file, and
that's where all of gcc's error reports go.  Use 'redir', which comes with
DJGPP, to redirect stdout and stderr from DJGPP programs.

Are you referring to the warning options (-Wall, -Wpedantic, etc.)?  The
gcc docs IMHO contain a fairly complete list of these options and their
effects.
