What sort of problems?  If they are related to accessing DOS memory with
0xe00xxxxx type addresses there are some relatively easy fixes (see
sys/nearptr.h).  If you are addressing graphics memory via 0xd00xxxxx and
expect automatic bank switching, you have some work.  Everything else is
very straightforward.
