The fullscreen debugger was built on a Unix workstation, but the only
things that might need to be modified are the include statements, but I
believe that these statements had already been modified.

The fullscreen debugger runs on a modified version of go32 1.11maint5,
namely go32 1.11maint5n, which was modified to have the com_port field
in the ExternalDebuggerInfo struct.

You'll have to rebuild go32 (as described in the manual of the
fullscreen debugger.) After rebuild go32, you'll have to modify the
makefile to delete all the dependencies to noa/*, and run make.
This debugger was (and is) intended to be used on a PC.
