You also need to set INCLUDE_PATH and a lot of other variables.  If you use
1.12 (and you probably should anyway unless upgrading would be really
inconvenient [although I've heard G++ 2.6.0 is a bit buggy]), you can just
set djgpp to the path to your djgpp.env file, which contains definitions for
all the other environment variables.  Otherwise, call setdjgpp.bat (note that
some old READMEs had the backslash and slash interchanged--examine the batch
file to see which parameter should point which way).
