(1) omnigate.clarkson.edu has the program files.  sun.soe.clarkson.edu
has the mailing list archives.  That is the big zipped file you saw.
(2) ftp.math.niu.edu keeps mirrors of the Clarkson stuff, as well as
the program files.  However, I believe mailing list archive is just
a copy of the Clarkson zip-file.  No, I finally got through to Higgins's
box, and he keeps text *and* compress'd (.Z) versions of djgpp.pre108
and by month up to djgpp.9209.  So, it's not terribly up-to-date.
(3) SIMTEL20 keeps the djgpp program files, these are up-to-date
because I believe that Clarkson is automatically propagated to
SIMTEL20 and thence to WUARCHIVE.wustl.edu.  I don't believe either of
those sites keeps the mailing list archive, however.
