As another poster pointed out, make sure you don't use NOEMS on EMM386.

But, yes, it does sound like DSPICE was appended to an old (pre 1.05)
version of GO32.  Bad, bad, bad!  Repeat after me: STUB, STUB, STUB, STUB!

If you are careful, you should be able to un-merge it, and then stub it.
