So I tried the copy of go32 that I had previously successfully used >(dated 8/31/91, size 43214). It seemed to work just fine with dspice. >Is the copy of go32 that came with dspice out of date or what. Anyone know why >it failed? I'm using a compaq 386 with DRDOS (6.0) and emm386 with 10 MB ram. As another poster pointed out, make sure you don't use NOEMS on EMM386. (This is a FAQ) But, yes, it does sound like DSPICE was appended to an old (pre 1.05) version of GO32. Bad, bad, bad! Repeat after me: STUB, STUB, STUB, STUB! If you are careful, you should be able to un-merge it, and then stub it.
