Does there exist a set of patches or such to build an X11R5 server for
PC's with DJGPP? You would also need a TCP/IP library, of course.
I think that most of the work would be the TCP/IP interface and the
keyboard interface, since the stock X11R5 X386 product supports only
UNIX systems. Of course the three packages must be integrated as well...

At least one commercial PC X product (X/Appeal) was made this way (they
used the Waterloo TCP library). Since DJGPP, X11R5 and WATTCP are all
freely available, one wonders...
