It's okay, except one minor aspect: it is not useful to have several
index entries pointing to the same place and beginning with the same
word (in this case, they all start with "gettext").  So I suggest this
single index entry instead:

  @findex gettext AT r{, name clash, @file{conio.h} vs @acronym{GNU} Gettext}
