I guess the whole point of this is to give zips "friendly" names, so
newbies aren't intimidated. So I don't think it matters a lot that you
just have one zip per group. BTW the groups could be implemented as
follows:

name: C development
requires: djdev >= 2.00
requires: gcc >= 2.7.2
requires: make >= 3.74
...etc...

IMHO all management. But let's get something working first & we can decide
later.
