Sure, I didn't mean we should include it anymore.  I meant those people 
who use old compilers and old libraries, where lib/specs was part of 
djdev.

DJ, do you think we need to have lib/specs under different name in 
v2.03?  If so, what name?  How about lib/specs.djg?
