One of the problems in the current code is that the menus are defined in
the system-gschemrc file but there is no command that will reset the menus
back to their zero state. If there was then if you didn't like the out of
box defaults then you could copy the gschemrc file locally and do it your
way.

The reset menus command is in the code but it seems to need a linkage
command that calls the low level command from the gschemrc file.
