I have started converting the djgpp user guide
<http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/doc/ug/> to Texinfo.
The basic Texinfo shell is in place; I'll add
individual chapters and sections soon.

Shall I begin uploading this to CVS (src/docs/ug)?
