Abstract: should #define HAVE_GETPAGESIZE
The header <sys/config.h> doesn't define HAVE_GETPAGESIZE.  GNU Sed 2.05 needs
this to be defined to compile sucessfully under DJGPP.
Fixed in version 2.00.beta4 on 11/12/1995 18:44:14
