Dear PGCC-people,

I am not subscribed to this list, so I would very much appreciate any email
answers.

We have found that a certain binary (from c++ code) compiled and
_statically_ linked with the pgcc that comes with linux Mandrake 6.1
generates an "illegal instruction" error on a Tillamook (mobile pentium mmx)
266MHz and then coredumps, but not on the Celerons that we were able to test
on. The system with the Tillamook in it is unfortunately part of a remote
unconnected application, so I can't do very much testing.

The code was compiled with -O3. Are there any *known* problems with
pgcc-2.95-2 (I think) and the intel Tillamook processors?

Thanks in advance for any advice or information!
Charl
