Yeah, probably many people would like to have it. However, nobody has
compiled one for me so far.

(btw, it's pgcc, not PGCC)

Your options thus are:

- bug the "current" binary maintainer for djgpp-pgcc for a new version
- find somebody to do it for you, and, preferably, make him upload
  it to out server.

This question does not make sense to me.... There is no way to detect "all
optimization bugs" so it's impossible to know wether all these have been
fixed ;)

However, I still expect quite a few bugs in pgcc-2.95.2...
