Sorry for late reply but i am not subscribed to the pgcc list so i did not
received message to my personal inbox, i've read it on web archive.

Sleepcat Berkley DB version 2.7.3 (02/04/99). Also tried some earlier
version. The same picture.

No, not segfault. It generates weird hash values. If i put ( key, value )
pair in hash database, and then try to get it using a key, none is found.
