I am not yet on the mailinglist

I hv had the same error described by johnny.
When compiling XFree86 with the -fno-force-mem
everything works fine.
options used: -march=pentiumpro -O6 -fno-force-mem.
works, removing this leads to the error(s) described in
the message <37420FEF DOT 9CCA9C9 AT theglobe DOT com>
btw how did you get the server to core dump?
