AMD is deep in the red, so K7 will be their cash cow. Probably not
quite Alpha price regions, but still pricey. The same thing for the
motherboard/chipsets, and it may take some design iterations until the 
boards are stable (it is supposed to run with 200 MHz core). On 
the other hand, K6-III will drop in price even more when the K7 will 
come out.
