READ WHAT I WROTE!

What's this for nonsense? I DID install pgcc and the results i
give are speed relative to 2.7.2.3 and 2.8.1, because 2.7.2.3 and 2.8.1
are EXACTLY as fast for my program.

I have even give you the pgcc version number:

pgcc: 2.90.29

In not a single test pgcc was faster than gcc, and gcc is 10% slower than
msvc++ 5.0
