pgcc-ss-971207 for Linux/libc5.4.x has just been uploaded to the web
site.

The g++ portion now contains a static and a dynamic libstdc++, which
should be picked up when you use pgcc, but not when you use an older
compiler, eg gcc-2.7.2

Can people try it out and see if it works...

(If it does, I'll replace the pgcc-1.0 binaries with a version that
does the same).

NOTE: there is not a libg++ replacement (since libg++ is considered
obsolete now) - if there is sufficient demand, I'll compile one up.
