Ok, pstoedit is working!

As it turns out even though I thought I "*thought*" I was exporting a
vector .eps image in Inkscape it was a raster image. Now, when I convert
my image (currently online) pstoedit properly converts my converted image
to a pcb.

Thank you!!!
