Since the development of pcb has been a bit uncoordinated at times, some developers have made such configurations and others haven't. It's likely that the strings in question have simply not been configured yet. You can either ignore them for now, or, we'd welcome the help configuring strings that have been missed. It's not very difficult, but it does involve editing the source code. That said, these kinds of changes don't require any detailed knowledge of programming. I would be happy to get you started, if you'd like to help. Otherwise, we'll be thankful for any of the work you do on the existing translation.
