Hi Bill,
Thanks for your input, yes I had read that section which does indeed say 
that the pinseq should increment by one, but with all the other rather 
confusing docs I was reading at the time it somehow did not sink in.

Regarding the hole sizes, thanks for your review. I never intended this 
for public consumption, nor for use by a commercial board fabricator, so 
did not really pay attention to exact hole sizes.

In my application it will be single or maybe double sided, manually 
drilled and soldered top-side where needed.

However thanks for your lesson on tolerances and attention to detail, 
all noted ;)
