I assume you mean a schematic, not a physical thing, not a pcb design.

Like the pwr.mc33063.* I have in:
 http://aspodata.se/git/openhw/share/gschem/include/

Probably, or Igor2's edakrill or you own repo. of your own choise.

Just add

T 1400 3928 5 10 0 0 0 0 1
dist-license=GPL
T 1400 3706 5 10 0 0 0 0 1
use-license=unlimited

or similar to your sch.

Yes, but the regulation isn't the best, it seems to be a bang-bang
regulator, and it has a "guaranteed" minimal ripple.

I'm contenplating using st L7985 instead when my stock has run out.

Please do so.

The parameters are is probably good for choosing resistor values for
the divider och the current shunt resistor, but can it choose the
closest value from a given series like E24, or like, I have in stock
E6-series resistors, can it find a suitable combination of resistors
from that series ?

And then, you must still choose a suitable inductor and other
components matching your current, freq. and voltage spec.

My guess is the parameter thing don't have the capability to do that
and then, you still end up doing different designs in different files.

Hälsningar,
