Some official word on who's running the projects at the moment, to
keep things clear...

Please welcome Bert Timmerman in his role as PCB lead developer.  This
is a bit belated, my apologies.  He earned this role though diligent
attention to bug reports and users :-)

Also welcome Roland Lutz, who has taken over the gaf side of things,
after a smooth hand-off from Vladimir, who has decided to focus on his
new "lepton" project.

Igor continues to lead his pcb-rnd project, and Al Davis continues to
lead gnucap.

So please welcome our new dicators... er, LEADERS!  Yeah, leaders...
and give them your support and encouragement as we move forward.  With
a range of projects, leaders, and goals available, there should be a
project for everyone's preferred direction now!

And to clarify my role, it's to "keep the lights on" for the gEDA
project as a whole.
