Their tracker could be good enough...?

gedaproject could work well for now, but if we get translation between Kicad
and some cleanup inspires more new users, the infrastructure
and longevity of the FSF's savannah.gnu.org could be useful:

Technically, Savannah provides:
     The Savane integrated bug tracking system, for bugs, support requests, tasks and patches.
     Mailing lists at lists.gnu.org and lists.nongnu.org, managed via Mailman.

     A download area, and its mirrors.
