I=92m specifically asking about what one loses when using KiCad instead =
of the gschem/pcb workflow.

If you=92re making printed circuit boards, I recommend a gschem->Osmond =
PCB flow. I=92ve exported gschem designs to many layout people, and the =
one who uses Osmond is by far the fastest and produces the best work. =
The others spend way more time, and sniff that Osmond is a tool for =
hobbyists, too simple for a true professional. Go figure.
