  Nevermind, I got it built with --disable-dbus.

  I loaded up an existing production board, excluded the top/bottom
layers, exported and got a .dsn file that FreeRouting imports with no
problem.  I'm doing a test route now, just to try it out while I'm in
bed. ;)  Tomorrow I will have to learn a bit more about FreeRouting,
like how to restrict it to certain layers.
