PCB interprets metric too , so
:MakeDifferential(0.8mm,0.2mm)
will work fine.

The nearest thing inside PCB is the trace optimiser "miter" function
which replaces 90 degree joints with two 45 degree ones.  This could
be modified to replace angled joints with arcs.  I guess it could be
done with about a day of work.
