folks — thanks for the great advice
I ended up using Ctrl-F then Select—> All found tracks, then ChangeSize(). It has worked reasonably well, the only drawback is having to manually select tracks one-by-one.

So, I also took DJ’s suggestion of placing the tracks of interest on a separate layer (called “fiftyOhms”), and added that to the “Top side” group.
So I have 2 layers in the Top Side group (“top” and “fiftyOhms”). I thought that this would make it trivial to select all fiftyOhm traces (simply disable all other layers and drag-select), but when I disable the top *layer*, all tracks in the top *group* are hidden (including the “fiftyOhms” traces).

Is there a way to display the top group but suppress certain layers in that group? (in this case display Top Side, but suppress the “top” layer)?

James
