Did this to refresh by deleted pcb.>

I built pcb straight, no patches, haven't tried to print as I have to get
a new printer, my brother color laser HL-3170-CDW has decided ALL my
drums are bad after a power outage. Dell has one, an MFC that looks
promising. For less than I paid for the brother 3 years ago.

The first thing I need does not exist in any form in the parts libraries
as its 50 years older than the genesis version of pcb. I need a
footprint for this tube socket:

<http://www.ebay.com/itm/8pc-Gilded-5pin-Ceramic-vacuum-tube-sockets-gold-valve-base-For-807-FU7-27-24-37/161011928006?_trksid=p2045573.c100508.m3226&_trkparms=aid%3D555014%26algo%3DPL.DEFAULT%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20150817211856%26meid%3Da7760ae30d344b15867fd99147014cea%26pid%3D100508%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D1%26>

As this project, if I do it, will need 4 per board. I've never created a
library part, so I've no clue where to start. Are there docs on how to
do that buried in the docs (one thing I haven't yet convinced make that
it should build, so I'm working in the dark.) If someone can tell me
how to make that work, I might have a leg up on the first step here.

Thanks.

Cheers, Gene Heskett
