I'm trying to pre-set the default DRC settings on my old version of pcb 
(20110918 Compiled on Jul  2 2013 at 11:26:16).

There is nothing I can do to make pcb remember any kind of DRC settings 
from project to project. What you tell me should work, doesn't.

Please can anyone tell me what settings/config file to create or edit, 
so that every time I open a new instance of pcb, the DRC settings are 
just there? Or doesn't it work that way?
